FLEABAG | WYNDHAMS THEATRE STAGE
This picture was taken by FL@33's Agathe Jacquillat minutes before Phoebe Waller-Bridge appeared on stage to perform her award-winning Vicky Jones-directed one-woman play. Taking pictures during the show itself was not allowed and seeing Phoebe so close up was too engaging anyway to even think about anything else but enjoy the original Fleabag performance.
___ The picture was taken on Thursday, 12 September 2019 – the night before the show's final West End performance.
___ We posted the picture on Instagram afterwards and were happy to receive flattering feedback within a few hours that night from Phoebe Waller-Bridge via her personal assistant who let us known that PWB found the theatrical atmosphere Agathe captured 'AMAZING'.
FLEABAG | ABOUT
Phoebe Waller-Bridge's comedic play Fleabag was first performed at Edinburgh Fringe in 2013 and inspired her hit television series about a woman, loneliness relationships, sex, a guinea pig café, death, laughter and tears. Following a sold-out run in New York, Fleabag, came home to London for 30 performances in 2019.
