THE SECRET
Prices for these original works of art increased over the years but are still available for a reasonable £60 (considering that some sell for thousands of pounds at auctions sometimes). You guess who it's by. The postcards are signed only on the reverse. The author of each work remains a secret until after the cards are purchased and the signature on the back is revealed.
___ There are usually approximately 1,400 – 3,000 postcards on display (in 2018 a total of 1,650 with a maximum of two by contributor, while in 2017 there were only 1449 cards on display with a maximum of two by contributor) – and as we wrote in FL@33's book Postcard (Laurence King, 2008):
Viewers (...) must pretend not to be disappointed if they mistake a FL@33 card (such as those featured here) for a Damien Hirst or ...
