| dec 2002 | viewpoint | what's your favorite shop? | |
" I'don't really
have one specific favourite shop, as even the best ones seem to lack
some of the qualities of others. I do have a couple of favourite shops
in Paris and London though, but I would prefer a mixture. The perfect
shop for me would be a very special concept store – a combination
of different spaces presenting a bookshop with comfy sofa, cutting edge
design objects, showroom and exhibition space, delicatessen area with
parma ham hanging from the ceiling, funky fashion and the hottest technology
around. This place should be a source of inspiration, a place to meet,
listen, read and look. The space should probably be devided in different
areas providing appropriate atmospheres – inviting the audience
and customers to explore and interact. The policy should be to provide
highest quality and innovation for reasonable and affordable prices
while supporting new talent, independent artists and designers beside
established ones. I'd love this space..." other FL@33 profiles include dpi magazine | 10-page profile | nov 2006 new graphic | 12-page profile | july 2006 computer arts 124 | 6-page profile | june 2006 +81 | 6-page profile | may 2006 and – art and design mag | 10-page profile | march 2005 step magazine | jan 2005 novum | 8-page profile | nov 2004 étapes:102 | 4-page article | nov 2003 grafik 110 | 6-page profile | oct 2003 page | 3-page article | april 2003 creative review | nov 2002 étapes:79 | dec 2001 for a complete list please visit our press section *** |
