mmm-fesival 2009, anzère | sponsors' brochure – poster
The 2009 campaign was designed as part of an evolving visual identity FL@33 started to develop in 2008 for the first annual MMM-Festival – Musiques des Montagnes du Monde – that took place in Switzerland. The MMM-Festival featured an eclectic mix of music from mountain areas around the world. The annual event was organised three times in three consecutive summers between 2008 and 2010. The event quickly evolved during this time and so did its visual identity.
Shown here is a poster-brochure combination that promoted the 2009 edition of the festival and helped the organisers to communicate with existing and potential sponsors. A5-sized info cards were also printed. They were enhanced with a subtle, transparent and glossy screenprinted layer featuring the brochure's cover illustration. For potential sponsors these extra cards were inserted into the brochure. The MMM campaign 2009 also included A0 and A2-sized posters, a programme, banners and flags and a 2009 version of the website. Apart from the sponsors' brochure all elements from the campaign later introduced a fluorescent green (Pantone 802) that became a vital part in the evolution of the festival's visual identity.
Anzère is a beautiful resort, in the Swiss Alps, situated on a high plateau facing south and overlooking the Rhone Valley. The breathtaking panoramic view of the Valaisan Alps presents a whopping 12 peaks over 4000m – from Bitschhorn to Mont-Blanc.
